Haiku is a traditional form of a Japanese poetry that consists of 3 lines, following a 5-7-5 syllable rule (first and third line 5 syllables, middle line 7 syllables). They don’t necessarily have to rhyme.
And quenches the thirst...

Nicely done. But while writing haikus please try to follow the 5-7-5 syllable rule. It makes it more authentic.

Hey Soumya,
DeleteThanks for the correction. Your comment made me read the haiku again. I first wrote the haiku, then read it, realized the error and then edited it, but by mistake published the non-edited/wrong one.. That is why was wondering, what went wrong.
Now corrected..
Thank you once again!
Cheers
