What
if you’re in the sky one day?
And
then in the coffin, leaving everything in disarray!
Carving
your dreams
Moulding
your future
Only
to realize
It
was all a façade of caricature!
For
the only place where you’ll truly dwell in
Would
be with peace in your heart and serenity in the coffin!
Live
a thousand moments in one life
Or
live a thousand lives in one moment,
All
the opulence
All
the comfort
All
the materialistic pleasures
Will
all be your futile treasures!
It
seems just yesterday,
When
you were crawling on the floor
With
your family in gay,
And now all ready to be a part of clay!
When
you look outside that wooden box
You
see everyone mourning and indulging in small talks.
They
bring you flowers, to place on your coffin
But
none brought any, when you longed for one!
They
sing words of praises, standing beside your coffin
But
all kept calm then, and were busy gossiping!
They’re
now shedding tears, standing right beside you
Weeping
hard, saying they’re gonna miss you!
But
where did the mankind go then,
When
you were looking for a shoulder to cry on?
Life
is all about twists and turns
A
huge roller coaster to ride on
One
feels one has inferred everything from world’s eyes
But
it takes us to be in coffin, to
finally understand this riddle called life!

If only people realized this sooner! In the end we are all going into that coffin. So make each moment count :)

ReplyDeleteThat was a power packed post, Geetika. Death is certainly out of our control, but living life to the fullest is completely doable. :)
