MEETING ADJOURNS..

Scene 2
Everyone is at their home, carrying on with their usual stuffs.. Gia’s phone rings. She’s already very annoyed with her group..!

Gia- Ab kaun hai..?
(Looking at her cel..  why the hell is Mayank calling?)

Gia- Hello..

Mayank- Hey.. whats you doing..?

Gia- Abhi what do u expect..? Nothing.. general timepass.. chit-chatting with my roomie.. have her friend at our place..

Mayank- Oohh.. U mean.. gossip chal rhi hai..! tum ladkiyon k paas koi kaam nhin hai..!!

Gia- Any problem..??? (I don’t know why the hell on earth he has to worry about girl’s gossiping!!) and you shut up right now.. no gossiping in our department.. Just listening the exciting time my roomie’s friend just had in Goa in last 5 days..! and guess what.. how did they had their plan ready?! Everything was decided in half an hour’s time..! One of their group member’s said.. yar pak raha hai.. kahin jate hain.. wanna go to Goa..? the second one says.. ohh yess.. chal dekhte hain.. the rest have started packing.. 2 of them went for booking tickets n all.. and then all the way to Goa..!! awesome naa..! and here.. we ppl.. we ppl will keep planning.. about every damn place near by.. but won’t be able to go anywhere anytime.. everyone has their own tantrums.. ek to hardly we people get time.. and whenever we get, tab nobody will utilize it properly and in the end, will reprimand college for not giving enough leaves..!! everyone is like this only here..!!

Mayank- Hey Gia, calm down.. just chill.. its ok na.. no big deal.. we’ll go some other time.. Maine to haan bola tha na.. to fir, why bursting out over me..!

Gia- Whatever..! (huhh)!

Mayank- What whatever.. anyways.. don’t spoil your mood for the day.. lets discuss what all things do we need to cover for the day.

Gia- Hhmmm..

They talk for another 10 minutes, discussing the entire schedule for the day.. all studies and stuff and disconnect the call after that.

After 15 minutes, Gia’s phone rings again, having Mayank on the line again!

Trrinngg Trrinngg

Gia- Ab kya hua…?
Gia- Han bol..

Mayank- Hey, get ready! I’ll be there down your apartment in next 15 minutes. I’ve convinced Pramod. We are going to that place.. !!

Gia- But how?? What did you say?? What did he say? And how come he’s ready.. (uurrrgg… like every other typical girl, she bombarded hell lot of questions on him!) anyways.. he’s ready.. that’s even better.. Yippeeee..!! ookk.. See ya.. :)

Scene 3

Promod, Priya and Mayank waiting for Gia down her apartment..
Gia- Whooooopppiieeeeee… Yessss.. Cool.. good to see you people again, on bikes obviously :D)!

Mayank- C’mon now, stop acting like drama queen (as always) and take your place..

Gia- Of course! :P

The four of them take all the possible twists and turns for their destination and have fun like crazy! Gia playing all the songs.. one by one.. screaming on road.. full of energy and bliss.. she was on the top of the world.. so damn excited, not about the destination for sure but about the fact that she is going out with her bestest buddies to explore some new place! The journey was full of fun, laughs, adventures, danger complimented with the magnificent beauty India is blessed with which it becomes even more joyous in monsoons… mountains, trees, cloud formations, tunnels, wind, water, roads, etc etc etc., India is full of it!

The visit to dam suddenly changed to a beautiful temple which Gia and Priya, both were unaware of!  When they reached, both the girls were really surprised, but happy as well. Good darshan, good prasaad (had to be good for The voracious empty stomach of all four of them!), and even better or rather the best was the photo session, of the scriptures, carvings, nature, and of course of themselves as well (or else Gia would have surely killed all of them for not clicking her pictures!!).
Finally the time had come to return, to go back to their place, reminding the usual monotonous life! But it’s always good to take out some time from our usual routine and do something different which re-energizes us for our work again. Time spent with friends is always cherished and makes the journey of life worthy. And it is very important to take break after sometime so that life  feels moving on, so that there is no reason to curse it for anything, so that it feels a blessing, a present form God, so that it isn’t feels jaded but rejuvenated every time! It gives a sense of tranquility in heart and mind!

Looking forward for more such days for me and for my readers.. :) !

Happy Reading.. :)

That Girl in Yellow Boots..!

That girl in yellow boots.. I had not heard the name of the movie until my roomie instigated me to come along with her for it. Like a typical Indian, after hearing the name, I thought it must be Hollywood movie, and so I assured her to go. Very soon I realized it was a Bollywood movie and not a Hollywood one, starring Kalki Koechlin (not in my hit list for sure..!!). I wasn’t really fanatic about it, but somehow I was just trying to be casual with it.

Flabbergasted in the end, I realized I would have regretted it later had I refused for it to my roomie. The movie is not really meant for the typical Indian society. Somehow, the areas brought forward, may not be readily accepted by all. Very few will be able to understand the perspective with which Sir Anurag Kashyap has made the movie. I saw the reality in the movie which prevails around (though not ubiquitous) but still it exists..! One needs to have a very practical notion with an open mind to understand the actual outline of the movie as it is I mentioned, most of the viewers will not be able to accept such a movie (obviously not one of the desi romantic/drama ones but an epitome of thrillers!!). The end of the movie is somewhat similar to the finale of Tell me your Dreams- Sydney Sheldon (don’t worry readers, won’t screw your excitement!)

I never really liked the work of Kalki, but after DGIYB, she really deserves the respect and appreciation of all the viewers, sincerely. Using an abusive filthy language in Indian cinema is not a very big deal (thanks to Delly Belly.. :D), therefore, it was not very surprising to hear that same typical hindi abusive language in that girl in…. The theme or the storyline picked up by Mr. Kashyap is rarest of all, or rather no such kind has been picturised till date (in Bollywood, obviously!). Not a family movie for sure, strictly not meant for individuals under 18 too, displays few things which were not suppose to be shown so openly (considering the conservative Indian mentality)!
Respecting the inquisitiveness in the minds of my readers, I won’t disclose much of the facts about the movie and stop my analysis hereafter!
Just a suggestion, go with an open mind and you will surely find it thrilling!

Happy Reading and Happy Watching.. :D
